• Fish is well known for its many health benefits, including; heart, brain and anti-inflammatory properties, which aid joint mobility. Oily fish, in particular, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
