How long we keep information
Carefree Canines only hold personal information for as long as there is a clear need for us to do so.
Dog daycare registration information is kept for as long as you are using our service, should you notify us that you no longer require our services your electronic record will be deleted within 30 days. For ad hoc day care customers who do not confirm their intention to leave, their personal information will be reviewed 6 monthly and removed, where there have been no bookings made in the previous 6 months.
Dog shop customers who register to participate in our loyalty card scheme are consenting to receive marketing information via email or mail from Carefree Canines Ltd. Your name, address & email address are securely stored in our encrypted mailing list file. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.
Essential personal information is collected via our ecommerce website to enable Carefree Canines Ltd to fulfil your order requests. A customer’s name, address, email address and telephone number is required for delivery purposes. The website stores the information of those who choose to open an account and the customer can edit this at any time. Payment details are collected and stored securely by STRIPE, our PCI Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Carefree Canines does not record or store any of your payment details nor do we record “sensitive Authentication Data”

Data Processor – Doggie Dashboard
This data processor does the following activities for us: Doggie Dashboard acts as a data processor. This gives Carefree Canines Ltd the ability to store various types of information about their clients (pet owners). Our users, in GDPR terminology, are acting as the data controller because they are able to choose which types of customer data they wish to store, if any, about their clients (pet owners). Doggie Dashboard provides pet-service businesses a secure platform to save this information.
MTC Media
This data processor does the following activities for us: MTC media manage and host the Carefree Canines ecommerce platform where customer data is stored.
